Hello! My name is Pedro

I'm a software engineer working in Silicon Valley, California. Together with my mom, M. Carmen, a professional knitter and pattern designer with over 20 years of experience, we created Knitlingo—an easy-to-use knitting pattern marketplace and AI language translator. Our mission is to make it easier for designers like you to connect and share your work with knitters worldwide. We're initially focusing on English, Spanish, German, and French (the languages my partner Pia and I speak fluently), but we're excited to expand to more languages and features in the future. We believe in building tools for knitters, by knitters. The best ideas come from the community, and whether you're a designer, translator, or passionate knitter, if you have any thoughts or suggestions, please don't hesitate to contact us—we'd love to hear from you!
